We should change the name "badlands" to something nicer. "Awesomelands" would be a more accurate description. Gazing at the badlands is always breathtaking for anyone. You have vast, alien-looking steep valleys of (mostly) bare land. Perhaps the latter is the reason why these are called 'bad lands'. But what are badlands?
